What happens once i place my order ?

Upon placing your order, please monitor your email inbox. You will receive a confirmation email from us to acknowledge receipt of your order. Subsequently, once your item has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Our goal is to fulfill all orders within 2 business days.

What is your return/refund policy?

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request a return or exchange within this timeframe.

How do i make a return?

To initiate a return, please click here Ensure that your return adheres to the following criteria:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
  2. Returned in the original packaging with tags intact.
  3. Adequately packaged for transit to prevent damage.
  4. Display the return label clearly on the parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Australia:Standard shipping (2-5 business days)
Express shipping (1-2 business days)

New Zealand:Standard shipping (6-10 business days)
Express shipping (2-4 business days)

My shipping information is incorrect, how do i fix this?

If your shipping information is incorrect, please email sales.valenti@outlook.com to update your details. However, if your item has already been shipped, for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.

For domestic orders sent within Australia, please contact Australia Post at 13 76 78.

For international orders, please contact UPS at 1800 742 5877.

Please note that Valenti will not be held responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete address information.

Do you offer international shipping?

My order hasn't arrived, what do i do?

Due to potential delays with our courier, we kindly request that you allow up to 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

How should I care for my Valenti scarf?

We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing your scarf with mild detergent and lukewarm water. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, and gently press out excess water before air drying flat. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
